History

Maud created MG Business Acceleration after 20 years of experience on both the client and agency sides.

It all began in 2004 on the client side when she joined the L'Oréal prestigious Marketing team in Paris before making a move to the US team in New York in 2008. Over the span of seven transformative years, she immersed herself in all facets of Marketing, mastering everything from high-level strategic initiatives to detailed go-to-market strategies. Her efforts were pivotal in growing brands by utilizing a wide range of tools available in both traditional Marketing and the dynamic realm of Digital Media. She experienced working for various countries, partners and agencies.

After honing her skills, she jumped to the agency side at Labelium in New York City, where she thrived for seven years in a highly entrepreneurial environment. During this time, she became an expert in all areas of digital media, leading top channels Paid Search, Social Media, SEO, and Display, as well as engaging in meticulous hands-on campaign setup. Over the years, Maud managed more than 100 accounts, which equipped her with robust planning and tactical expertise. Her proven track record highlights her ability to effectively grow brands by leveraging data, consumer insights, and in-platform proficiency.

In 2019, she took a leap forward by joining Mediacom, one of the largest agencies in the United States, for a fruitful four-year tenure in newly created roles, working with clients such as P&G SK=II, Bose, and CircleK. Her responsibilities extended beyond traditional agency channels, as she oversaw cross-channel strategies and ensured best practices were diligently implemented. She spearheaded the development of the Email Practice and seamlessly integrated Affiliates, Native, and Mobile partners with the classic components of Search, Social, and Programmatic advertising. With a strong analytical background, strategic planning skills, rigorous execution abilities, and an emphasis on client servicing, she consistently maximized her clients’ media buying efforts.

Empowered by these extensive experiences, Maud made the decision to help brands grow faster and created MG Business Acceleration in 2024. She brought along strong experts in media activation, analytics and creative that follow her mantra: make your dollars work harder for you! As a boutique agency, MGBA is a high-touch, agile, result-driven team. They enjoy growing brands and have fun doing it.
